Until then, I thought I would post this Anti-Existential Angst Check List that was written by my best friend (who will remain anonymous until I have his permission to publicize his name):
Re-sharing my personal Anti-Existential Angst Check List:
1 – Did you do something good for someone you cared about today?
2 – Did you do something good for yourself today?
3 – Did you do something good for an animal today?
4 – Did you do something good for a stranger today?
5 – Did you do something good for your community today?
If you can answer “Yes” to two or more of the above, it was a pretty good day.
